IMPORTANT: FloodCheck should not be used to determine the potential for flooding at the property level. The purpose of FloodCheck is to provide information of the existence of flood studies over properties. The existence of a flood study over any property does not indicate any potential for flood risk. To determine potential flood risk at the property level should contact the relevant Local Government who are responsible for information at the property level.
